Wild and Wonderful Locations: WV Botanic Gardens

Spring is on the way, and there is no better place to visit than the West Virginia Botanic Garden to view the new foliage. Tucked away in the Morgantown, West Virginia, West Virginia Botanic Garden is located on Tyrone Road. The garden boasts over 85 acres and 4.5 miles of trails. The Botanic Garden's mission states, "The West Virginia Botanic Garden at Tibbs Run Preserve seeks to foster learning, inspiration, and well-being through the beauty and wonder of plants, the natural environment, and culturally enriching experiences."

Spring Break in WV

Most may not think of our Wild and Wonderful state as an ideal spring break location, however, this is not the case. Snow or shine there are a ton of great options of activities to make your spring break fun and active. Take a hike up to the top of Seneca Rocks or ski in Canaan Valley. Your spring break doesn't have to be boring, it can be Wild and Wonderful.
